Tether Launches First Public Map of USD₮’s Ecosystem Worldwide

11 February 2026 – Tether, the largest company in the digital asset industry, today announced the launch of the USD₮ Tether Directory, a public resource mapping where and how USD₮ is being utilized by customers globally across exchanges, payments, wallets, infrastructure providers, and other types of financial services. The ecosystem directory was unveiled by Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino at the 2026 Plan ₿ Forum in San Salvador.

Built in collaboration with The Grid, an API-first ecosystem intelligence platform for Web3, the Tether Directory provides users with an intuitive, searchable overview of products and services that support USD₮. It is intended to provide users, developers, institutions, and regulators with greater visibility into the real-world integrations of USD₮.

USD₮ is utilized across a wide range of markets and environments, from payments and remittances to trading and liquidity provision. With a market cap of $186 billion and rising, USD₮ has become critical financial infrastructure as the world’s choice for digital dollars. By mapping and cataloging validated USD₮ integrations, the directory provides a clearer picture of how USD₮ functions in practice across different use cases and regions.

“USD₮ does not exist as an isolated asset. It operates within a broad universe of wallets, platforms, payment tools, and cutting-edge infrastructure built by teams around the world,” said Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether. “Making the Tether universe more transparent and navigable matters as USD₮ becomes more ubiquitous in everyday financial activity, and this directory helps document how USD₮ and other Tether products are utilized globally.”

Using the Tether Directory, users can explore integrations by category, supported assets, and product type. Ecosystem participants may submit or claim page profiles, which are then reviewed by moderators to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Our goal is to provide information reflecting active, verifiable usage, rather than purely promotional listings.

The Tether USD₮ Directory is launching as a public proof-of-concept and will be expanded over time as additional integrations are developed. If you are a business that supports USD₮ then you can claim your profile for it to be added to the Directory.
