The platform unifies fragmented wearable data and introduces advanced on-device AI for natural language logging, meal analysis, and secure biometric tracking
10 December 2025 – Tether today announced the launch of QVAC Health, a new personal wellness platform designed to eliminate the problem of fragmented fitness and wellness data while giving individuals direct control. QVAC Health acts as a sovereign bridge between isolated tech ecosystems, allowing users to aggregate biometric data, workout logs, nutritional tracking, and medication reminders from multiple sources into a single, encrypted, offline-capable dashboard.
A user’s health picture is often scattered across incompatible apps and proprietary clouds. Data from a smart ring, a running watch, and a nutrition tracker rarely interact meaningfully without passing through third-party servers that harvest and monetize that information. QVAC Health brings data together in a single, encrypted, offline-capable environment so individuals can see the complete picture of their health without surrendering control to device manufacturers or cloud platforms. It is built to serve as the central operating system for personal wellness, where data from diverse sources converges under the user’s strict control, not the device manufacturer’s.
“We are building the first truly neutral ground for wellness data,” said Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether. “QVAC Health reflects the company’s commitment to privacy-preserving local intelligence. You shouldn’t have to choose between using the best hardware on the market and maintaining your privacy. QVAC Health aggregates your digital life, from sleep trackers to heart rate monitors, into one cohesive timeline. We are breaking down the walls between Big Tech ecosystems so you can own the full picture of your health.”
A Unified, AI-Powered Wellness Timeline
At the core of QVAC Health is an advanced interface designed for speed, ease, and depth. The platform moves beyond simple data viewing, utilizing local on-device AI and natural language processing to let users interact with their health data in simple language and as naturally as chatting with a friend.
Seamless Logging & Medication Management:
Users can log workouts, biomarkers, symptoms, and meals simply by typing or speaking. Whether noting “feeling sluggish after lunch,” recording a specific weightlifting set, or logging a new supplement, the AI interprets the context and organizes it instantly on the user’s timeline. The system also includes robust medication tracking, allowing users to log intakes and set privacy-preserving reminders.
Experimental Vision Support:
QVAC Health integrates experimental computer vision capabilities for nutrition tracking. Users can snap a photo of their meal, and the on-device AI will estimate caloric intake and macronutrient breakdown in seconds. This eliminates the friction of manual entry, making it easier to maintain consistent nutritional records without sending photos to a cloud server.
Local AI, Infinite Intelligence
QVAC Health turns the user’s device into a private intelligence hub. All AI models are downloaded peer-to-peer (P2P), enabling advanced analysis of strain, recovery, and trends without internet access.
Tether is also aggressively developing the platform’s future capabilities to bypass institutional control further. Upcoming updates will introduce proactive AI guidance, where the on-device models will offer suggestions such as recovery protocols or sleep adjustments based on real-time data inference, without the user’s context ever leaving the phone. By leveraging local AI, it can correlate manual logs with wearable data to reveal hidden patterns. For instance, it will be able to analyze how a hike clocked on a running watch affects recovery metrics recorded on a sleep-tracking ring, or how a meal logged via photo affects sleep efficiency tracked by a fitness band. This cross-device insight is generated entirely on-device, ensuring that the synthesized “full picture” of the user’s health never sits on a corporate server.
The roadmap also includes Direct Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity, allowing QVAC Health to eventually connect directly to selected wearables to read raw sensor data, bypassing manufacturer APIs and clouds entirely.
“Everyone deserves the right to carry their wellness and fitness history,” said Ardoino. “QVAC Health is part of a broader effort to build parallel systems that allow individuals to function independently of traditional gatekeepers, giving them a level of autonomy over their health that simply does not exist today.”
